What do the 50 Endole Credit Reports cover?

Endole Credit Checks offer real-time insight into a company’s Credit Risk. All Credit Checks provide current and previous Credit Scores & Limits, summarised and detailed 6 years’ County Court Judgement (CCJ) insights – including complete 6 years' Gazette and Charge history.

Can I subscribe to a custom Endole Plan?

We understand the allowances on our plans will not cater to all needs. If you're looking for more plans or a custom plan to match your requirements, please feel free to call us on 0121 285 6781 or send us an email and a member of our versatile sales team will be more than happy to help.

Do Plans allowances roll over?

Plans allowances do not roll over and are reset at the date of renewal. By subscribing annually, all allowances included within your Endole Plan for the year are available to use at once.

What happens if I go over Plan limits?

We’ll notify you before you get to the end of your allowance. Additional purchases would be charged at the normal pay as you go price. If your current allowance doesn't meet your needs, you can always contact us to upgrade your account.

How many users can access this software?

There are no restrictions on the number of users. However, for security reasons, a subscription can only be utilised on one device at any one time. If you require multiple users, please contact us for a bespoke solution.

Are my details confidential?

We take our users' confidentiality very seriously. All purchases on Endole are anonymous, this means that we do not reveal any information about any user using Endole to a third party without the consent of the user or a legal obligation.

How are Endole Plans billed?

Plans are billed recurringly, either monthly or annually, until cancellation. On billing you will receive a notification from us with the details of your Plan, including easily tailorable VAT invoices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your Endole Account. Alternatively, you can let us know through Live Chat or Email and a member of our support team will cancel your Endole subscription on your behalf.
